A Dr. Peeler he’s not.
And a Medicare patient, I am.
Having said that, Dr. Yager does have some similarities to Dr.Peeler but it’s obvious he doesn’t like to hear “the way things were”. He does listen, and he may be more current on medical advances.
This practice is important to him as well as “rule following”.
However, I do not condone him reiterating Dr. Peeler practiced fraud by Dr. Peeler’s overall comprehensive Medicare well-visit, by not double billing. He warned I would be double billed, but not penalized (wouldn’t even notice it). That being the case, how can he say Dr. Peeler didn’t “follow the rules” and bill ethically twice? The biggest insult, however, was when he said “you just don’t want me to be paid”.
